Metaverse Trailer From ApeCoin’s Company

Yuga Labs, the creative force behind the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection, recently unveiled a teaser video for their upcoming project “Otherside” on Twitter. In the tweet, they announced, “See you on the Otherside in April. Powered by @apecoin.”

The 90-second Metaverse trailer garnered significant attention with 550 thousand views. The video kicks off with Curtis from the Bored Ape series sipping a potent concoction labeled “Drink Me” on his fishing line.

As Curtis imbibes the mysterious potion, the trailer unfolds to reveal breathtaking scenes of volcanoes, icebergs, and an intriguing floating world.

Accompanied by The Doors’ iconic track “Break On Through (to the Other Side),” the narrative takes a fantastical turn when Curtis is transported by the creature from the enchanted bottle he consumed. Known among Bored Ape Yacht Club members as Koda, this creature is expected to play a pivotal role in upcoming developments.

Towards the conclusion of the video, Curtis encounters a ship populated by renowned NFT projects, including Mutant Ape Yacht Club, CryptoPunks, Cool Cats, Meebits, and World of Women. This revelation heightened anticipation for the “Otherside” project.

Following the video release, Gorden Goner, co-founder of Bored Ape Yacht Club, took to Twitter and expressed, “Everything you can imagine is real,” fueling further excitement for the upcoming venture.

“Otherside” is speculated to be a metaverse project. Recently, nWay, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, made an announcement about developing a play-to-win game that involves the use of ApeCoin, in collaboration with Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC). However, it remains unclear whether “Otherside” is directly linked to this specific game development initiative.

The market and cryptocurrency discussions have been dominated by ApeCoin in recent days. APE, the associated cryptocurrency, swiftly gained listing on major exchanges.

Despite experiencing a notable drop from its initial price of $40 in the early market, APE is currently trading at $13.5. The fluctuations in ApeCoin’s value have attracted considerable attention within the cryptocurrency community.
