Google Drive and OneDrive Integration Coming to ChatGPT
A new and extremely useful feature for ChatGPT is currently in development. According to obtained information, users will soon be able to upload files to ChatGPT via Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.
There has been a remarkable development regarding ChatGPT, the world’s most popular AI-supported chatbot. OpenAI is working on integrating ChatGPT with Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, which seems to be a significant benefit for users. Currently, consumers using ChatGPT can upload files directly to the chatbot.
However, with the increasing reliance on cloud storage services like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive instead of personal computers, this new feature will be highly advantageous. Users will soon be able to quickly import their files from the cloud into ChatGPT.
Here’s what ChatGPT’s new feature will look like
ChatGPT’s new feature will be accessible through the existing paperclip icon. When users click on this icon, they will see an option that says “Add from Google Drive.” By selecting this option, users can access their Google Drive account, choose the desired file, and import it into ChatGPT.
However, there will be an important condition for users who want to take advantage of this feature. To integrate Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive with ChatGPT, users will need to link their respective accounts. It has been determined that a new account linking option will be added to the Settings section for this purpose.
OpenAI has not made any announcements about ChatGPT’s new feature. Therefore, information such as when the new feature will be available remains a mystery. However, the process is not expected to take long.
