The delay could extend up to three months, potentially impacting NVIDIA’s major clients, including Meta, Google, and Microsoft.
Production will accelerate in the future
According to sources familiar with the situation, large shipments of NVIDIA’s new AI chips are expected to begin only in the early months of next year. As of now, there has been no official statement from NVIDIA regarding this issue. While NVIDIA has mentioned that “production will accelerate later this year,” no further details have been provided. Additionally, companies such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon Web Services, and Meta have not issued any statements on the matter.
NVIDIA has recently garnered attention for its advancements in artificial intelligence, earning praise from investors. It remains to be seen whether these delays will open the door for a new competitor to emerge in the AI field.
