How to use the Copilot AI assistant for Telegram?
You can now chat with Microsoft’s official Copilot AI assistant within Telegram. This bot allows you to ask questions, search for information, and get help with various tasks. Sometimes, when you need an answer and can’t find it, this bot is perfect for those moments. Here’s how to use AI in Telegram:
The Copilot bot is used just like chatting with a normal person on Telegram. First, you need to find the @CopilotOfficialBot username and verify that it’s the correct bot. You will be asked to share your phone number, which might seem unsafe at first, but don’t worry—Microsoft’s privacy policies are very robust. After that, you can start chatting with the bot directly.
Telegram’s Copilot AI assistant can assist you with many useful tasks in everyday life. For example, you can get movie recommendations, create a new workout plan, get help with coding, and translate conversations. It can also quickly search for information on the internet and present it to you.
However, currently, it can only respond to text-based requests and cannot generate visuals. There’s also a daily limit of 30 messages, meaning you can only chat with the bot up to 30 times a day. This new chatbot integrated into Telegram is part of Microsoft’s Copilot series.
Microsoft is making such AI assistants available on many platforms. For instance, you can use Meta AI on Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Google also offers similar services in its own messaging apps.
