The New Chery QQ3 Debuts at the Chengdu Auto Show

Chery is bringing back its QQ series with the slogan, “the first car for young people.” The new electric QQ3, which was unveiled at Chengdu 2025, is set to hit the market by the end of the year.

Chery unveiled the completely redesigned QQ3 model at the 2025 Chengdu Auto Show. The model, expected to go on sale in China before the year ends, will be the new member of the QQ series, which aims to be “the first car for young people.”


New Generation Chery QQ3

The new generation Chery QQ3 features a striking design with rounded lines and oval headlights that are integrated with dual horizontal LED daytime running lights. The car’s taillights are also oval, matching the headlights. From the side, the car is reminiscent of Smart’s #1 model, and it stands out with a wheelbase of over 2700 mm and a length of over 4200 mm. The vehicle is built on Chery’s T12 platform. The new QQ3 comes with a 90 kW (121 hp) rear electric motor. However, battery capacity and range figures have not yet been announced.


Cockpit and Technology

The cockpit features a flat-bottom steering wheel, oval air vents, a rectangular instrument cluster, and a 15.6-inch 2.5K resolution touchscreen multimedia display. This screen is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and has an AI-powered voice assistant.

The vehicle also supports OTA updates, 256-color ambient lighting, 50W wireless charging, and mobile connectivity with CarPlay, HiCar, and CarLink. It also includes Chery’s Falcon 500 advanced driver-assistance system. This system also supports high-speed NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) functionality.
