Google Launches Its Most Advanced AI Reasoning Model: “Gemini 2.5 Deep Think”

Google’s Gemini 2.5 Deep Think, first introduced at its event in May, has been officially launched today.

Google has made its “smartest” AI model to date, Gemini 2.5 Deep Think, available. This new model can run multiple AIs simultaneously to think more deeply about questions and select the best answer. This means it not only produces fast answers but also smarter ones.

This advanced model is available to Google’s monthly $250 Ultra subscribers starting today. The model was initially unveiled at the Google I/O event in May but is only now being offered to users.

Utilizes Multiple “Intelligent Agents” and Evaluates Results

Unlike ordinary AI, Gemini 2.5 Deep Think uses multiple “intelligent agents.” While this system demands more processing power, it ultimately delivers higher-quality answers. Google has even used a version of this model to win a gold medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad.

Furthermore, this model is said to have achieved significantly better results than its competitors in tests involving thousands of difficult questions in fields like mathematics and science. For instance, in the challenging “Humanity’s Last Exam,” Gemini 2.5 has outperformed models from OpenAI and xAI.

It’s also quite ambitious when it comes to code writing. In the “LiveCodeBench 6” test, it achieved an 87.6% success rate, again surpassing OpenAI and xAI. Moreover, it produces more impressive outputs for aesthetic tasks like web design. The model can automatically use Google Search and code execution tools when needed. It can also generate much longer and more detailed answers compared to traditional models.

Google plans to soon open this model for testing purposes to some developers and businesses. This will help them better understand how this multi-AI model can be used in various fields.
