The French football club, PSG, known for its recent endeavors in NFT and metaverse-focused trademarks, is now venturing into the metaverse with a unique project.
In the promotional trailer for the project, football stars Lionel Messi and Neymar unite with Jay Chou, featuring a glimpse of artwork that blends PSG’s mascot with Chou’s distinctive design style.
PSG’s Director of Collaboration, Marc Armstrong, highlighted the significance of the project, stating, “By creating a significant digital revenue stream, we were able to engage a new global audience.
” This collaboration aims to revolutionize the intersection of sports, music, art, and charity within the metaverse.
