NVIDIA Prepares to Introduce Its First Humanoid Robots: The Era of Physical AI Begins

In recent years, artificial intelligence technologies have been rapidly evolving beyond software-based solutions and into the physical world.

AI is now beginning to show its impact not only in computer systems but also in daily life and industrial sectors. One of the most remarkable steps in this transformation is the development of humanoid robots. Global tech giants are preparing to expand the boundaries of AI with their work in this field. In this context, NVIDIA is also getting ready to introduce the humanoid robots it has developed in collaboration with Foxconn.

NVIDIA is taking its AI journey to a whole new level. The company’s manufacturing partner, Foxconn, has accelerated its preparations for producing humanoid robots. These robots are expected to debut on stage at an event in November.

NVIDIA has been prominent until now with its solutions in AI training, generative AI, and agent AI. However, the company is now shifting its focus to a new field it calls “physical AI.” At a time when Chinese manufacturers are making rapid progress in this area, NVIDIA‘s partner, Foxconn, is also preparing for the production of humanoid robots, which are expected to be unveiled very soon.

NVIDIA’s Robots Will Be Equipped with Large Language Models

Foxconn is one of NVIDIA‘s most important manufacturing partners for AI hardware. While the company handles the mass production of Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra servers, it is also working on the development of humanoid robots. According to reports, at the Foxconn Technology Day event in November, NVIDIA will introduce its humanoid robot solutions, equipped with large language models and robotic control systems.

It is stated that the robots are initially being trained for industrial use. Furthermore, Foxconn is expected to manufacture these robots alongside the Blackwell Ultra GB300 AI servers at its facilities in the US. In previous statements, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang emphasized that physical AI will have a much broader impact than generative AI.

The humanoid robots that NVIDIA and Foxconn are working on are expected to take the stage in November. Following its success in AI hardware, the company is now positioning humanoid robots as a strategic area of focus.
