MyMetaverse Introduces NFTs Exclusive to GTA5 and Minecraft Games

With the latest partnership between MyMetaverse and Enjin, the integration of NFTs into games is on the rise. According to the statements made, the popular game Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5) and the adventure game Minecraft now have their own in-game NFTs.

MyMetaverse and Enjin Launch NFTs!

Sydney-based MyMetaverse has announced that new digital collections are being printed on Efinity. Also, the game developer stated that NFTs can be used in all game series of MyMetaverse, including the Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5) and Minecraft servers. The firm is known as a leading developer of Metaverse play and win games.

Sources close to the company have revealed that NFTs will serve different roles on the three game servers after launch. Also, MetaHome NFT collections will have unique game utility on each compatible platform. MyMetaverse announced that in GTA5, NFTs will be rare cars that users can play to earn more game points. It is also stated that there will be special swords used in wars in the Minecraft game.

MyMetaverse is not the parent company of Minecraft and GTA5. Efinity is a Polkadot-based parachain to facilitate NFT transactions. Few platforms take advantage of these features to host their products. Enjin is an overused system for NFT integration into the Metaverse. It also helps develop Efinity. Incorporating NFT into Efinity will pave the way for giving NFT access to everyone.

Also, MyMetaverse CEO Simon Kertonegoro stated that NFTs utility in three games aims to explore Blockchain-based and cross-chain interoperability. As a result of the collaboration with Enjin, NFTs became the first playable NFTs on the Polkadot network.
