Honor Watch 5 Pro is Coming: Blood Pressure Measurement, 15-Day Battery Life, and More

Honor will soon unveil its new smartwatch. The Honor Watch 5 Pro model comes with interesting features like an AMOLED display, up to 15 days of battery life, blood pressure measurement, and ECG.

The Honor Watch 5 Pro smartwatch will be introduced on October 15th. Ahead of the launch, Honor shared the new model’s remarkable features and released many photos showcasing its various versions.


What will the Honor Watch 5 Pro specifications be like?

Honor opted for an almost classic watch design for the Watch 5 Pro model, featuring a metal casing and a bezel marked with minute indicators. On the right side, there is a digital crown and an additional button. The watch is offered with leather and sport strap options. Photos also display complications showing information such as climbing activity, a compass, active calories burned, and current altitude.

The Honor Watch 5 Pro has a case that is 46 mm in length, 0.44 inches thick, and water-resistant up to 50 meters. The 1.5-inch AMOLED display provides a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The watch is powered by a 515 mAh battery. Honor claims the watch lasts up to 15 days on a full charge. It comes with 64 MB of memory, 8 GB of storage space, and a built-in microphone and speaker.

Blood Pressure Measurement and Advice

Honor’s new smartwatch comes with all the necessary health monitoring features, including heart rate tracking, blood oxygen measurement, ECG reading, and blood pressure measurement. According to the promotional visuals shared by Honor, the watch will also evaluate whether the person’s blood pressure is too high or too low, and users will be able to receive information via the app on what steps to take to lower or raise their blood pressure.
