Chery Fulwin X3 and X3L to Launch in China in August

The Chery Fulwin X3 and X3L, based on the iCar 03 model, are set to go on sale in China on August 16. These new SUV models are part of Chery’s strategy to expand its customer base. The Fulwin X3 is a fully electric vehicle (BEV), while the X3L is an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV).
Specifications

Chery Fulwin X3
- Dimensions: 4327 mm long, 1910 mm wide, 1715 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2715 mm.
- Rear-Wheel Drive (Single Motor): This version offers 185 kW (248 hp) of power.
- Battery and Range: It is equipped with a 68.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, providing a CLTC-rated range of up to 520 km.
- All-Wheel Drive (Dual Motor): This version produces a total of 255 kW (342 hp). The battery and range details for this model have not yet been announced.
Chery Fulwin X3L
- Dimensions: It is slightly larger than the X3, measuring 4545 mm in length and having a longer wheelbase of 2783 mm.
- Powertrain: The EREV system combines a 154 hp 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with two electric motors.
- Performance: This system delivers a total output of 315 kW (422 hp) and 505 Nm of torque, allowing the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds.
- Weight: The vehicle’s weight varies between 1842 kg and 2000 kg depending on the version.
- Battery and Electric Range: There are two battery options: 20.6 kWh and 33.7 kWh, offering a pure electric driving range of 90 km, 145 km, or 150 km, respectively, based on the version.
