Cloudflare Developing AI Firewall to Safeguard Large Language Models
Cloudflare has announced its development of a new firewall designed to serve as a protective layer for AIs utilizing large language models.

The AI firewall represents an enhanced iteration of the Web Application Firewall (WAF), specifically designed to integrate with large language models.
It employs Rate Limiting and Sensitive Data Detection technologies to bolster its defense mechanisms. This security solution aims to thwart attacks by functioning as close to the end user as possible.
Cloudflare, at its core a content delivery network (CDN), is also in the business of developing SSL certificates valid for websites and is renowned for its emphasis on online security.
