With the latest update, ChatGPT can integrate with popular platforms such as Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive. This enables users to pull information directly from these services for analysis. For example, an analyst can now feed presentation files into ChatGPT and receive insights for an investment report.
Meeting Recording and Smart Notes

One standout feature is meeting recording and transcription. ChatGPT can now capture conversations, transcribe them with timestamps, highlight key points, and even generate to-do lists. These notes can be queried later for more insights or transformed into project plans using Canvas, OpenAI’s coding and planning tool.
Integration with Business Tools for Deep Research

ChatGPT now also connects with business platforms like HubSpot and Linear, allowing users to generate detailed reports not only from web data but also from internal company tools. This capability is part of the Deep Research feature, designed for richer, multi-source analysis.
These new capabilities are available to Plus and Pro users, while MCP (Model Context Protocol) support is offered exclusively to Pro, Team, and Enterprise subscribers.
