The land sale initiative encompasses a total of 10,000 parcels situated in Downtown CEEK, marking the first area within CEEK available for public purchase. The release will be phased, and Downtown CEEK comprises seven distinct types of land, each offering unique attributes, rarity, and reward opportunities. The largest fixed-size parcel is a 20×20 piece of land, referred to as the “Kingdom.”

The available land types are named in decreasing order of size as follows: Kingdom, City, Private Island, Estate, Bay, and Parcel. Buyers of Metaverse land gain access to unique venues for hosting events, providing a distinctive dimension and customizable plot size with varying rewards. Selecting the optimal lot involves considering factors such as location, size, proximity to popular gathering points, and utility.

To participate in the land sale, buyers must have a Metamask or CEEK wallet, and the initial land purchases can only be made using the CEEK token. After the initial sale concludes, these plots will be available on secondary markets like Binance NFT and OpenSea. Additionally, there are plans to accept BNB, ETH, and other assets for land purchases in the near future. Mary Spio, the CEO of CEEK, expressed enthusiasm about the land sale, emphasizing the platform’s goal of providing a space for creators of all kinds, including celebrities, sports teams, and brands, to interact uniquely with their fans and monetize experiences in virtual worlds.

Spio said the land sale will be the first for CEEK to provide the first fully community-owned Metaverse that rewards creators for their hard work. Each plot of land will allow its owners economic activities such as NFT and avatar assets. It will also award rewards based on virtual concert ticket sales. The larger the plot size, the more ad revenue, event ticket sales, and valuable NFTs users will have on the Metaverse. Additionally, landowners will be able to participate in airdrop events by CEEK-related brands and other projects.

CEEK’s Metaverse World Continues to Expand!

CEEK has established collaborations with prominent figures in pop culture, including stars like Lady Gaga, Ziggy Marley, Daddy Yankee, Luis Fonsi, J Balvin, Future, and Kodak Black. The platform has also formed significant partnerships and collaborations. Notably, CEEK recently announced a collaboration with the World Music Awards hosted by Miley Cyrus.

In a recent development, Draper University has disclosed its collaboration with CEEK to conceptualize, create, and bring exciting new products to life within the Metaverse. As per the announcements, celebrities engaged in these partnerships will have villas in CEEK, and they are expected to host concerts, attracting visitors to the surrounding lands in the Metaverse. This innovative collaboration aims to bring unique and engaging experiences to users within the CEEK Metaverse.
