Veo 3 Can Now Generate Video from Images!

Google has announced the integration of an image-to-video generation feature into Veo 3 and Gemini. This means you can now use images to create videos with Veo 3.

Google has added a brand new and significant feature to Veo 3. Now, it’s possible to generate videos directly from a photo, not just from text commands. This allows you to produce a series of videos and clips even from photos you’ve taken yourself.

This innovation was actually introduced in May at Google’s I/O event within a video tool called Flow, but it was exclusively available through Flow. Google is now making this feature accessible to a wider audience by integrating it into Veo 3 and Gemini. Here’s how Veo 3’s new feature works:

Currently, only users subscribed to Google AI Ultra and Pro packages can benefit from this service, and regardless of your credit balance, a maximum of three videos per day can be generated. Google also states that over 40 million videos have been created with these tools in just the last seven weeks. Additionally, the company mentions that every video includes a “Veo” tag and an invisible digital watermark indicating it was AI-generated.
