Lexus<\/strong> has brought back the legendary LFA model<\/strong> with a new electric concept<\/strong>. The new LFA Concept<\/strong> reveals the future of the LFA with its fully electric<\/a><\/em> structure<\/strong> and driver-focused design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lexus is bringing back the spirit of the legendary LFA model, but this time with a fully electric concept<\/strong>. Produced in a limited run of only 500 units<\/strong> between 2010-2012<\/strong>, the LFA was a legend for car enthusiasts. This return, long awaited by Lexus fans<\/strong>, has materialized with the new Lexus LFA Concept<\/strong>. However, as the word “concept<\/strong>” suggests, this model is not yet ready for production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visually, the new LFA bears a strong resemblance to the Sport Concept<\/strong> unveiled in Monterey<\/strong> this year. However, minor changes have been made to the body panels<\/strong>, giving it a more production-ready appearance<\/strong>. The dimensions have also grown compared to the previous model. With a length of 4,690 mm<\/strong>, a width of 2,040 mm<\/strong>, and a wheelbase<\/strong> of 2,725 mm<\/strong>, it points to a body that is 25 cm longer<\/strong> and 15 cm wider<\/strong> than the previous LFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new LFA Concept is built on the lightweight and high-strength aluminum chassis<\/strong> used in the Toyota GR GT<\/strong>. However, while the GR GT used a twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine<\/strong>, the LFA Concept is fully electric<\/strong>. In the interior, a driver-focused<\/strong>, cockpit-style design<\/strong> has been preferred. The entire dashboard consists of screens<\/strong>, and there is no central multimedia screen<\/strong>. Aggressive details are positioned to completely envelop the driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lexus has not yet announced when the production version<\/strong> will be on the road or what technical specifications<\/strong> it will come with. However, this concept offers strong clues about the new LFA’s design language<\/strong> and electric transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
