The latest news confirms these rumors. According to the most recent information, filming for <em>Avengers: Secret Wars<\/em> will <strong>start in April<\/strong> (likely <strong>April 2026<\/strong>, as per search results). Like <em>Doomsday<\/em>, the shooting for <em>Secret Wars<\/em> is expected to last until <strong>September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set to arrive one year after <em>Avengers: Doomsday<\/em>, <em>Avengers: Secret Wars<\/em> will be a <strong>turning point<\/strong> for the <strong>Marvel Cinematic Universe<\/strong> (MCU). <em>Secret Wars<\/em> will connect all the storylines that began after <em>Avengers: Endgame<\/em> in a grand finale, after which the <strong>universe will be reset<\/strong> and brought together on a common timeline. However, <strong>Kevin Feige<\/strong> emphasizes that this will be a &#8220;<strong>reset<\/strong>&#8221; and not a &#8220;<strong>reboot<\/strong>.&#8221; This means the <strong>Marvel Cinematic Universe<\/strong> will not be completely restarted from scratch, as DC did.
