Following the <strong>Pixel Buds<\/strong>, Samsung is now bringing this support to its newest headphones, the <strong>Galaxy Buds 3<\/strong> series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"428\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/metaverseplanet.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/indir-2-4.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26054\" style=\"width:750px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metaverseplanet.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/indir-2-4.webp 428w, https:\/\/metaverseplanet.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/indir-2-4-257x300.webp 257w, https:\/\/metaverseplanet.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/indir-2-4-150x175.webp 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 428px) 100vw, 428px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest update for the <strong>Galaxy Buds 3<\/strong> and <strong>Buds 3 Pro<\/strong> activates <strong>Gemini<\/strong>. After updating the headphones and the <strong>Galaxy Wearable<\/strong> app, a new &#8220;Set up Google digital assistant&#8221; option appears in the &#8220;<strong>Voice controls<\/strong>&#8221; section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there are two caveats. First, to experience the <strong>Gemini<\/strong> AI on the <strong>Buds 3<\/strong> headphones, the phone needs to have received the <strong>Android 16<\/strong> (<strong>One UI 8<\/strong>) update. <strong>One UI 8<\/strong> is currently only available as a beta on the <strong>Galaxy S25<\/strong> series and comes pre-installed on the <strong>Galaxy Z Fold 7<\/strong> and <strong>Flip 7<\/strong>.
