According to leaked details, Apple<\/strong> is set to release a new Vision Pro<\/strong> with an M4 chip<\/strong> before the end of this year. So, what are the differences that set this new Vision Pro<\/strong> apart from its predecessor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although it hasn’t garnered the desired interest since its initial release, Apple<\/a><\/em><\/strong> is preparing to introduce a refreshed version of the Vision Pro<\/strong> this year. The biggest innovation is that the device will now come with Apple’s powerful M4 chip<\/strong>, which has recently been used in the iPad Pro<\/strong> and some Macs<\/strong>. This chip will significantly boost the Vision Pro’s performance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, some analysts claimed the new model would feature an M5 chip<\/strong>, but the latest information indicates that Apple<\/strong> has settled on the M4 chip<\/strong> for this year. The current Vision Pro<\/strong> houses an M2 chip<\/strong>, meaning even the M4<\/strong> represents a significant leap in performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new model won’t just see a chip upgrade; comfort<\/strong> will also be greatly improved. Apple<\/strong> is working on a new head strap<\/strong> designed to reduce headaches and neck strain. The straps on the current Vision Pro<\/strong> were uncomfortable for some users. The newly developed strap will make it easier to use the Vision Pro<\/strong> for extended periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Apple<\/a><\/em><\/strong> is also conducting tests on an improved Neural Engine<\/strong> to better run the device’s artificial intelligence features<\/strong>. The specific new features we’ll see in the final product as a result of these tests are not yet known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this new version is released this year, no other new version of the Vision Pro<\/a><\/em><\/strong> will be introduced until 2026<\/strong>.
