Samsung relies heavily on Google’s Gemini<\/a><\/em> technology<\/strong> for its artificial intelligence endeavors, but this doesn’t mean they’ve handed over complete control to Google. The company continues to make significant investments in its self-developed Galaxy AI features<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These features, which were introduced with the Galaxy S24 series<\/strong>, include many functionalities like Live Translate, Note Assist, and Browse Assist<\/strong>. Until now, these AI features have been free<\/strong>, but Samsung had previously announced they would only remain free until the end of 2025<\/strong> and had since remained silent on the matter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, things have become a bit clearer. Samsung has announced that some standard Galaxy AI features<\/strong> will be offered permanently free of charge<\/strong>. In a recent briefing, the company stated that the Galaxy AI features<\/strong> that come with the phone will never be charged for<\/strong>.
