This technologically advanced vehicle is set to hit the market in the <strong>third quarter of this year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hyundai&#8217;s Chinese joint venture, Beijing Hyundai, officially shared the interior visuals of the <strong>Elexio<\/strong>, its inaugural fully electric SUV. Equipped with a <strong>powertrain produced by BYD<\/strong>, the vehicle is expected to be launched in the <strong>third quarter of this year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prominent feature of the Elexio&#8217;s interior design is the <strong>27-inch dual-screen instrument cluster<\/strong> with <strong>4K resolution<\/strong>. Additionally, paddles located on the steering wheel allow drivers to switch between a <strong>four-stage regenerative braking system<\/strong> and activate <strong>one-pedal driving mode<\/strong>. The vehicle will be offered in two different versions: <strong>front-wheel drive (FWD)<\/strong> and <strong>all-wheel drive (AWD)<\/strong>. The FWD version is equipped with a single <strong>160 kW motor<\/strong>, while the AWD version adds a <strong>73 kW rear motor<\/strong>, bringing the total power output to <strong>233 kW (312 hp)<\/strong>. The <strong>maximum speed for both versions is stated as 185 km\/h<\/strong>. The vehicle will use a <strong>lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery<\/strong> supplied by FinDreams, a sub-brand of BYD. According to <strong>CLTC measurements<\/strong>, its <strong>range is expected to reach up to 700 kilometers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Hyundai Elexio<\/strong> was first showcased at the <strong>Shanghai Auto Show in April<\/strong>, though technical details were not disclosed at the time. It was then introduced as part of Hyundai&#8217;s electrification vision during a <strong>global launch on May 8th<\/strong>.
