Counterpoint Research<\/strong> has shared the list of the best-selling smartwatch brands<\/strong> following the end of Q2 2025<\/strong>. While sales continue to decline, a familiar name takes the top spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the second quarter of the year concluded, sales data from various sectors began to emerge. Now, data has arrived for smartwatches, one of the best-selling technology products. The research firm Counterpoint Research<\/strong> has shared the best-selling smartwatch brands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Counterpoint’s data, things are not going well in the smartwatch sector. The market has experienced a 2%<\/strong> year-over-year decline<\/strong>, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of contraction. However, the situation is quite different in China, where smartwatch sales saw significant growth of 37%<\/strong>. The top spot in the best-selling brands list has changed compared to the previous quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking at the list, we see that Apple has reclaimed the top position<\/strong>. The US-based firm achieved this with a 20% market share<\/strong>. In the first quarter, Xiaomi<\/strong> was the leader with 19%. However, Xiaomi dropped to 3rd place in the second quarter, with its share falling to 10%<\/strong>. In second place between them is Huawei, with a 16% share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, it was noted that users are now shifting towards more expensive and higher-spec devices<\/strong>. This is one of the reasons for Apple’s rise. While products under $100 saw a 17% decline, sales of watches priced over $100 increased by 21%<\/strong>. Counterpoint added that although the sales figures are not encouraging, they expect 3% growth<\/strong> by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
