With this new system, it has reached the processing capacity to translate all data on the internet in a short period. This infrastructure elevates DeepL<\/a><\/em><\/strong> to a level where it can perform much faster and more comprehensive translation operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DeepL<\/strong> has now gained the capacity to translate the entire internet in just 18 days<\/strong>, thanks to NVIDIA’s AI hardware<\/strong>. Previously, this process was stated to take 194 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DeepL<\/strong> performs its translation operations<\/strong> using its own developed artificial intelligence models<\/strong>. The company transitioned to NVIDIA’s DGX SuperPOD system<\/strong> for this process. This infrastructure, with 36 B200 Grace Blackwell chips<\/strong> in each rack, enables translation tasks to be completed in a significantly shorter time. It now has the capacity to translate within 18 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DeepL’s Chief Scientist, Stefan Mesken<\/strong>, stated that the new system provides researchers with more processing power, allowing them to work on more advanced translation models. The company’s recently launched tool, Clarify<\/strong>, also utilizes this infrastructure, aiming to help with more accurate contextual understanding during translation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
