This means you can now communicate seamlessly, even if the other person doesn\u2019t speak your language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users will be able to select their <strong>spoken language<\/strong> and their <strong>preferred language<\/strong> in the <strong>Google Meet settings<\/strong>. From there, <strong>Gemini<\/strong> will automatically provide <strong>instant voice translations<\/strong> during the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Natural and Human-Like Voice Translation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/metaverseplanet.net\/blog\/unlock-345-roi-with-ai-translation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"16553\">AI translation<\/a><\/em><\/strong> will work just like having a <strong>live interpreter<\/strong>, offering fast and fluid translations. What makes it even more impressive is that the AI <strong>retains the speaker\u2019s voice, tone, and expressions<\/strong>, making the interaction feel more authentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a demo shown by the company, two participants\u2014one speaking <strong>English<\/strong>, the other <strong>Spanish<\/strong>\u2014had a conversation that was successfully translated in real-time. The <strong>translation feature added voice dubbing<\/strong> for both sides, enabling <strong>realistic multilingual communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Availability and Languages<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, the <strong>Gemini-powered translation<\/strong> feature in <strong>Google Meet<\/strong> will be available <strong>only to paid Gemini subscribers<\/strong>, and it currently supports <strong>English and Spanish<\/strong>.
