This US-based music giant intends to recruit a minimum of two professionals to spearhead and oversee web3-related projects within the metaverse.

The first job posting shared by Warner Music Group on LinkedIn seeks candidates to develop marketing strategies for metaverse brands and platforms, explore new opportunities in the metaverse, and engage with web3-based gaming, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) technologies.

Additionally, the company is looking for an expert in blockchain technology with extensive industry knowledge to contribute to the development of web games.

The second job posting focuses on Warner Music Group’s business partnership strategy in the web3, metaverse, and playgrounds space. The role involves establishing connections and collaboration with brands, companies, platforms, and individuals operating in this emerging field.

Warner Music Group has recently formed a partnership with OpenSea for the creation of NFT collections featuring its artists.

With a portfolio including Warner Records and East West, Warner Music Group Atlantic holds over 1 million master recording rights, making it a significant player in the music industry.
