Vodafone Sets Its Adress In Metaverse

In its pursuit to provide customers with the best digital experience across all platforms, Vodafone is gearing up to launch its inaugural store in the metaverse.

The Vodafone Metaverse Store, set to open soon in Decentraland, will grant customers the convenience of accessing Vodafone products and services within the virtual universe. This establishment will mark the first metaverse store among Vodafone Group countries.

Aligned with its vision to spearhead Turkey’s digitalization, Vodafone is making strides to establish its initial presence in the metaverse. At the Vodafone Metaverse Store, located at the “66,-1 parcel” in Decentraland, customers will be greeted by the personal digital assistant TOBi.

The store, designed in line with Vodafone’s new-generation retail approach, aims to meet all technology-related needs, offering customers a novel and immersive digital experience. Notably, Vodafone Turkey will be the pioneer among Vodafone Group countries to inaugurate a store in the metaverse with the Vodafone Metaverse Store.


There will also be brand campaigns

The Vodafone Metaverse Store is set to feature dedicated sections for campaigns associated with Vodafone’s brands, including Red and FreeZone. Additionally, special areas will be allocated for Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives.

The content designed by Vodafone for gamers under the FreeZone Gaming umbrella will also be accessible through the Vodafone Metaverse Store.

Sales referrals to the Vodafone Online Store will be facilitated with a QR code or link in the metaverse store, offering Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality experiences to customers. Furthermore, the store in the metaverse will host various events and product launches by Vodafone.
