New Trailer Arrives for New Star Trek Series, Starfleet Academy

Another series is being added to the Star Trek franchise. A new trailer has been shared for Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, a series that will tell the story of young officer cadets training at the Starfleet Academy.

The ongoing New York Comic-Con in the USA is hosting the release of many trailers and news. One of the series introduced during this event was the new Star Trek series, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. Paramount+ has shared a new trailer for the series, which will soon meet the audience.

As the name suggests, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is set at the Starfleet Academy and focuses on the young officer cadets who are training there.

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Will Start on January 15

Since young characters are at the heart of the story, the cast primarily consists of young actors whose names we haven’t heard much. Kerrice Brooks, Karim Diane, George Hawkins, Bella Shephard, Zoe Steiner, and Gina Yashere make up these young names in the cast. However, two veteran actors familiar from the cinema world, Paul Giamatti and Holly Hunter, are also featured alongside them.

Alex Kurtzman, the figurehead of modern Star Trek, is also leading the creative team of Starfleet Academy. Kurtzman developed the series together with Noga Landau (Nancy Drew).

Along with this new trailer, the series’ release date has also been announced. Star Trek: Starfleet Academy will begin on January 15.
