A total of 16 skilled players battled it out for various prizes, with the ultimate victor claiming a substantial $25,000, while the runner-up earned a commendable $15,000.

The third and fourth-place finishers were not left empty-handed, each receiving $5,000. Nasser bin Hamad bin Nasser Al Thani, Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo, expressed pride and enthusiasm about venturing into web3, aligning with Ooredoo’s strategic commitment to innovation.

The Metaverse concept added an extra layer of engagement, allowing viewers multiple opportunities to interact with each other and the players throughout the tournament.

Ooredoo Nation – Gamers’ Land sweetened the deal by offering viewers free NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), which could be redeemed for commodities and even provided the chance to meet players and influencers. Alternatively, individuals could choose to hold onto these NFTs as investments.
