In Microsoft Copilot, the “Smart (GPT-5)” option can provide quick answers or deeper, more complex reasoning depending on the task. Additionally, developers can create their own tools using GPT-5, GPT-5 mini, and GPT-5 nano versions via Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.
