Google, the U.S.-based tech giant, has made an impactful announcement: its AI-supported text-to-video tool, Google Vids, is now accessible to the general public. This comprehensive video creation tool is now available to users with Google Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Education subscriptions.

The new tool is expected to attract attention with its Help Me Create feature, allowing users to effortlessly produce impressive videos. According to Google, Google Vids will be offered without any restrictions until December 31, 2025.

Key Features of Google Vids

With Google Vids, users can upload draft videos with Help Me Create support, where artificial intelligence analyzes the uploaded content and provides personalized suggestions to enhance the video. These recommendations can also be further customized to fit individual preferences. Additionally, the platform offers an AI voice-over option, currently limited to English, which enables users to add automated voice narration to their videos.

Google has begun rolling out Vids to eligible users, and the company expects the distribution process to complete within a few weeks.
