Google Introduces AI-Powered Grammar Check

Google recently introduced an advanced grammar checking feature for its search engine, employing artificial intelligence to spot grammatical inconsistencies in user queries.

Outlined on its support page, Google explains that this sophisticated grammar check leverages AI to analyze language nuances, evaluating the grammatical accuracy of a sentence and suggesting corrections when necessary. It’s significant to note that, at present, this functionality is exclusively available for English queries.

Utilizing Google’s AI-Driven Grammar Feature

For those keen to utilize Google’s improved grammar support, the process is simple. Users just need to enter their text into the search bar and add “grammar check” or “check grammar” at the end. This action triggers the feature.

Google highlights any grammatical errors using bold underlines, providing users with a clear visual indication of mistakes. Additionally, Google offers a revised version of the text. Hovering over this corrected text reveals a “Copy” option, facilitating easy duplication of the corrected sentence.

Feedback is an essential aspect of enhancement. Acknowledging this, Google has added a “Feedback” button at the bottom right, giving users the opportunity to offer insights or suggestions regarding the feature.

However, Google advises users that, despite its advancements, the grammar checking tool may not always deliver perfect accuracy.
