Galaxy AI is available on 2024 model A-series phones

The Galaxy AI features announced with the S24 series had a significant impact and boosted Samsung’s sales. The update, which has so far been released for flagship devices up to 2021, will allegedly soon be available for the mid-segment A series.

According to reports, the Galaxy AI features for the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 models, first introduced in 2024, may come with the One UI 6.1.1 update. Information that emerged this morning suggests that the One UI 7.0 beta may have been delayed, indicating that the One UI 6.1.1 update will continue to be released. Although there is no exact date yet, it is expected that the A35 and A55 could receive AI features at the end of this month or in September.

Unfortunately, not all Galaxy AI features will be available on the A series. Some features will be missing, similar to the situation with older devices such as the S21 and S22. It is not yet clear which features will or won’t be included. Additionally, while the Galaxy A35 uses the same processor as the Galaxy A54, it is unknown whether the A54 will receive the update.

Previously, Samsung announced its aim to release AI features to more than 200 million Galaxy devices. Here are the devices compatible with Galaxy AI:
