With each passing day, technological advancements are significantly transforming our lives. The emergence of the metaverse, which has gained prominence in recent years, has led many brands to open digital stores and connect with their customers online. Fiat, an automobile manufacturer, has embraced this technological shift.
In line with these developments, Fiat has announced the launch of its own store in the metaverse. This initiative, a collaborative effort with Touchcast and Microsoft, introduces the Fiat Metaverse Store.
This virtual store is designed to facilitate vehicle purchases with immediate support available to customers. Visitors can interact with real people in the store who are ready to answer their queries. Notably, accessing this store does not require any special equipment.
The Fiat Metaverse Store features a system called Product Genius, where a store representative welcomes visitors and assists them in exploring vehicles through a comprehensive 360-degree view.
This employee provides detailed information on various aspects, such as electric mobility, charging options, and the intricacies of the new Fiat 500. They also offer insights into the vehicle’s technology.
Moreover, the store allows for extensive customization of different vehicle parts, enabling customers to tailor a vehicle to their preferences. As of now, the store exclusively features the 500 La Prima by Bocelli model.
However, by the end of 2022, the range will expand to include all models from the Fiat 500 family. The goal is to incorporate all Fiat models into the store by early 2023, making them available for purchase.
The Fiat Metaverse Store operates from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
