Amazon Rufus: Transforming Shopping Habits with AI

Amazon’s new artificial intelligence model, Amazon Rufus, which can transform users’ shopping habits, has been unveiled. Here are the details…

Amazon Rufus, an AI application announced by Amazon earlier this year, is now available to users. This AI model assists users with their purchases, providing answers to a wide range of questions, from shoe sizes to reducing shipping costs.

Amazon Rufus can change shopping habits

In February, Amazon introduced a chatbot assistant named Rufus, designed to make shopping more user-friendly. Rufus aims to simplify the process of navigating through extensive product lists by offering a more interactive experience compared to the traditional search function.

According to the latest news, Amazon Rufus has been available to all users in the US for some time. In the near future, it is expected to be available in almost all regions where Amazon operates, especially in Europe.

Developed within Amazon under the code name ‘Project Nile’, Rufus started as a major AI project for the company, according to sources who informed Business Insider last year.

Amazon stated that Rufus is now available in its shopping app for all U.S. customers, and language support will gradually expand. The application, which allows users to get recommendations for specific shopping purposes and find more economical alternatives to expensive products, is expected to attract a lot of attention in the future.
